RSI Specializes in waterproofing, caulking, architectural expansion joints, deck-coatings, concrete and masonry repair, and restoration for general contractors and private owners.
RSI prides itself on its full-time professional team of skilled craftsmen and Foremen who average over 11 years each of experience with RSI.
RSI preforms work all over the state of Colorado with most of its work concentrated in the Front Range from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs.
In the past 5 years, RSI has completed over 40 projects ranging from $100,000.00 to $3,000,000.00 in value. Some notable projects are: Tivoli Student Center on the Auraria Campus, The Pepsi Center, the Wellington E. Webb Office Building, Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital, and the exterior restoration of the Governor’s Mansion.
